How I got here
In corporate HR, I saw brilliant women get filtered out – not because they weren't capable, but because nobody showed them how to explain a gap, rebuild their confidence, or tell their story the way recruiters read it.
Today I combine that inside view of hiring with my life coaching certification to help women restart with clarity – not by “fixing” them, but by helping them see what they already bring.
